"What happens to my child when I am not here anymore?"

This is a question parents of children having a ASS disorder ask themselves daily. The Romanian healthcare system doesn’t provide the care children with a disorder need. Parents are therefore forced to dedicate their whole life to care for their children.

Crystal Children has initiated a new project: The Residential Farm. This projects aims to offer the young adults on the ASS spectrum the opportunity to become self reliant. They will live and work on the farm and benefit from specialised supervision. In the future, The Residential Farm will sustain itself by generating income through selling produce and agro-turism activities.

In 2017, with the help of Glabal Aware foundation, the first steps towards achieving this goal were made: renovation of the main building that will become a home for the young adults working and living on the farm.
